Over the past few years, the Hungary Open has become one of the region’s major international combat sports events, where beginners, amateurs, and experienced competitors alike have the opportunity to test themselves against international competition.

During the competition, the best athletes from several disciplines will take to the tatami and the ring:

• Kick-Light
• K-1
• Freestyle Boxing

What makes this event special is that you can watch multiple styles of combat sports all in a single weekend. Spectators can watch everything from fast-paced and tactical point-fighting-style matches to the tougher K-1 matches, covering the full spectrum of these sports.

On Saturday, the competition day, a continuous program is scheduled from morning until evening. Following the opening ceremony, the semifinals and finals will take place, so the audience will be able to watch the most important matches and the battles for the championship titles.

Thanks to the international field, particularly exciting matchups are expected, as athletes from multiple countries will come together in one venue. • have a valid medical certificate,
• attend the official weigh-in,
• enter in the correct weight class,
• and submit their entry by the deadline.

Participation is finalized only after approval by the competition’s medical staff.

Competitors will compete according to WKF’s international rules, while in the Freestyle Box category, the competition rules of the Austrian Boxing Federation apply.

Entry Fees

• First entry: 30 EUR
• All other categories: 15 EUR

The entry fee must be paid in cash during registration on Friday.
