π₯ Fightingsport Hungary – More than 30 years at the forefront of Hungarian combat sports
Zalaegerszeg-based Fightingsport Hungary Kick & Thai-Box Sports Association
is one of the most influential and longest-standing training centers in the Western Transdanubia region and in the Hungarian martial arts scene. For more than three decades, the association has been committed to promoting combat sports, fostering a healthy lifestyle, and training athletes to compete at the international level.
The club’s driving force and head coach is Ferenc Horváth (7th dan), under whose guidance the club combines tradition, discipline, and modern training methods in its daily work.
π Recognized professional background and federation memberships
Fightingsport Hungary’s outstanding professional reputation is evidenced by its status as an official, registered member of Hungary’s most important combat sports federations:
- Hungarian Muay Thai Federation
- Hungarian Association of Teachers
- Hungarian Savate and French Boxing Federation
The club’s athletes regularly and successfully compete in domestic championships, cup tournaments, and professional and amateur competitions abroad. In addition, the club is a recognized co-organizer of prestigious domestic and international competition series such as European Fight Games or King Of The Ring tournaments.
π’ Our Home: Extreme Fight Club Combat Sports Center
Daily training sessions take place in Zalaegerszeg at Extreme Fight Club’s modern, professionally equipped facility. The gym is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure—punching bags, kick pads, specialized tatami mats, and grappling mats—all available to ensure safe and high-level training.
π₯ Who Are We Looking For? (Membership and Groups)
At Fightingsport Hungary, both recreational athletes and future champions will find their place. No matter your current fitness level or age, you can progress at your own pace during training sessions.
- π¦ Kids' Group (ages 8–12): the focus is on developing the players’ coordination, mastering basic movement patterns, and fostering a love for the sport.
- π₯ Adult / Beginner Group (ages 12 and up): an excellent opportunity to relieve stress, improve your stamina and physical strength, and learn the basics of self-defense.
- π Competitor Group: personalized, intensive training for amateur, semi-professional, and professional-level domestic and international competitions.
